Auto-RSVP lets your connected calendar answer the session poll for you. Roll Call reads your busy times each round and submits on your behalf.
It needs a connected calendar. The toggle stays disabled until you have one.
Turn it on
- Go to your profile.
- Find the Calendar Sync section.
- Connect a calendar if you have not already.
- Switch on Auto-RSVP.
What it answers
Roll Call uses the same three sources it always uses. Your downtime, your time off, and events on the calendars you have selected.
A clear slot answers available. A partly blocked slot answers if need be. A fully blocked slot answers unavailable.
Every campaign
Auto-RSVP is an account setting, not a campaign one. It applies to every campaign you are in and cannot be turned on for just one of them.
Your GM sees an Auto badge next to your name instead of a ready or awaiting badge. Turning it on marks you ready in any round already waiting on you.
Keeping it accurate
Your calendar is now the thing your group schedules around, so it has to be current. Add commitments as they come up, and keep the right calendars selected.
Anything not on a selected calendar is invisible to Roll Call, and a free slot will be answered as available.
Turning it off
Switch the toggle off in your profile. Every campaign you are in goes back to awaiting your response, open rounds included. Answer their polls when you get a moment.
Disconnecting your last calendar turns Auto-RSVP off the same way.
Attendance is separate
Auto-RSVP answers the poll. It does not RSVP to a session once one is booked. You still confirm or decline a confirmed session yourself. See RSVPs and attendance.
