Time off blocks dates you cannot play, on top of your recurring downtime. Use it for holidays, trips, and anything that breaks the usual week.
It applies to every campaign you are in.
Add time off
- Go to My Availability.
- Under Time Off, click + Add.
- Pick a start and end date. A single day is fine.
- Turn off All Day to block only part of the day.
- Add a note if you want to recognise it later.
- Click Add Time Off.
All day or partial
All-day time off removes every possible time on those dates. Turning it off lets you set a start and end time instead, which blocks only that stretch.
Partial time off is worth the extra step. A four-hour block leaves the rest of the evening usable, where an all-day block does not.
Downtime or time off
Your downtime describes a normal week. Time off describes specific dates. Put anything recurring in downtime and anything dated here.
Calendar time off
If you connect a calendar, Roll Call reads your busy times and treats them the same way. You do not need to enter those by hand.
Calendar entries are not listed under Time Off. They show up as conflict hints on the session poll instead, named after the event.
Removing it
Click the bin icon on the row. Past time off drops off the list on its own.
Removing time off does not reopen a session that is already confirmed. Tell your GM if a date has freed up.
What it affects
Time off changes which times Roll Call offers in future scheduling rounds and pre-fills your answers on the session poll. It does not change a session your group has already booked.
Your GM sees only that you cannot make a time. Notes stay private. See What your GM can see.
