When a session is booked, players who said they could make that time are marked Attend. You can switch to Miss.
Change your attendance
- Open the campaign.
- Click Edit Attendance beside Sessions.
- Choose Attend or Miss for each session.
- Click Save & Notify.
Your GM is notified when you change your attendance.
Attend or Miss
- Attend. You are coming.
- Miss. You are not.
You can change it as often as you need, right up to the session.
Poll answers set attendance
If you answered I'm in or If need be in the session poll for a time that is booked, you are marked Attend.
So do answers from Auto-RSVP.
Managing attendance
A GM can change attendance for anyone on a session's roster from Manage Sessions, which lists every upcoming session. Drag a player's chip or tap the rail to change them, then save.
Players are notified of anything you change. Use it for people who told you in person rather than in the app.
Falling below quorum
A session whose confirmed players drop under the campaign's quorum is flagged for the GM, but nothing happens automatically.
The GM decides whether to play short-handed, or to cancel the session.
Sessions on your calendar
Sessions are added to your Roll Call calendar only when the GM's plan includes calendar write-back. Switching to Miss takes the session off it. See Sessions on your calendar.
