Once a session is confirmed, every player gets an RSVP to answer: Attend or Miss. This is separate from the availability you gave during scheduling.
Answer an RSVP
- Open the campaign.
- Click Edit Attendance beside Sessions.
- Choose Attend or Miss for each session.
- Click Save & Notify.
Your GM is notified when you change an answer.
The three states
- Invited. The starting point. You have not answered yet.
- Attend. You are coming.
- Miss. You are not.
You can change an answer as often as you need, right up to the session.
Availability is not attendance
Saying a time worked for you in the session poll is not the same as confirming you will be there. Roll Call asks separately once a date is actually booked.
Auto-RSVP answers the poll for you. It does not answer this.
Managing attendance
A GM can set any player's attendance from Manage Sessions, which lists every upcoming session with its roster. Drag a player's chip or tap the rail to change them, then save.
Players are notified of anything you change. Use it for people who told you in person rather than in the app.
Falling below quorum
A session whose confirmed players drop under the campaign's quorum is flagged for the GM, but nothing happens automatically.
The GM decides whether to play short-handed, or to cancel the session.
Sessions on your calendar
Answering Attend puts the session on your Roll Call calendar if you have one connected. Switching to Miss takes it off again. See Sessions on your calendar.
