Your GM sees whether you can make a proposed time. They do not see your calendar, your events, or why you are unavailable.
Visible to your GM
- Your name.
- Your email address, which only your GM sees, on the party roster.
- For each proposed time, whether you are available, available if need be, or unavailable.
- Whether you have answered the current scheduling round.
- Whether you use Auto-RSVP, shown as an Auto badge on your row in the party list.
- Whether all your notifications are off, shown as a warning beside your name.
- Whether a Discord nudge reached you, and by which route.
- Your RSVPs and attendance history for that campaign.
Never visible
- Your calendar. Imported events are shown only to you.
- Your availability windows. Your GM cannot browse your recurring availability.
- Your reasons. A busy Thursday is just a busy Thursday.
- Your other campaigns. Your GM cannot see which other groups you play with.
Connected calendars
When you connect a calendar, Roll Call reads your events to work out when you are busy.
Visible to other players
Other players see who is in the party, who has answered or uses Auto-RSVP, and who is attending a confirmed session. They do not see per-player availability.
Turning it off
You can disconnect a calendar from My Availability at any time. The events Roll Call imported are removed.
Deleting your account removes your name, email, and calendar data. The Privacy Policy lists what is removed.
