Quorum is the number of players who must be able to attend before Roll Call proposes a session. Times that fall short are removed before Roll Call compares the rest.
Only the GM can change it, on the campaign's Edit screen.
Who counts
A quorum of 3 means three players plus the GM. Roll Call assumes the GM attends every session.
The two modes
- Minimum players. A number. Any time at least that many players can make stays in the running.
- Everyone. All active players must be available.
Choosing a number
For a five-player table, 3 is a good default. Each extra player required cuts the number of workable times sharply. A quorum of everyone in a group of six rarely produces proposals.
Quorum and ranking
Quorum decides which times are eligible, not which are best. Roll Call still ranks what is left, and times more players can make come out ahead.
A low quorum does not mean poorly attended sessions. It gives Roll Call more to work with.
Getting no proposals
Lower the quorum by one and run the round again. This resolves most cases. See Roll Call could not find any times.
Players who have not set their availability cannot count toward quorum. An unanswered poll has the same effect as a quorum set one player too high.
Changing it later
Changes apply to the next scheduling round. Confirmed sessions are not revisited.
