Roll Call could not find any times

When a scheduling round returns no options, one of five things is usually the cause. Check them in this order.

1. Quorum is too high

This is the most common cause. Each extra player required cuts the number of workable times sharply.

Lower the quorum by one and run the round again. Roll Call still prefers well-attended times, so a lower quorum does not mean emptier sessions.

2. Windows are too narrow

Check the campaign's session schedule windows for two things:

  • Too few days. Move a couple of days from never to if need be.
  • Too tight a time range. The window sets when a session may start, so widening it does not mean a longer night.

3. Players have not responded

A player who has not set their availability cannot count toward quorum. Two outstanding players in a group of five make a quorum of 3 impossible.

The campaign page shows who is outstanding. Players who connect a calendar and turn on auto-scheduling answer automatically.

4. Dates are blocked

Blackout dates and automatic holiday skipping can remove more of a period than expected. Check the campaign's blocked dates for the range you are scheduling into.

5. No eligible period

If the campaign's start date is in the future, or it is near its planned end, there may be no eligible period at all. Extending the campaign length or moving the start date earlier gives Roll Call more room.

Still nothing

If quorum and windows are loose and every player has responded, contact support with the campaign name.
