Managing your party

The Party panel on the campaign page is where a GM approves requests, removes players, and sees who has answered the current round.

Players see the same roster without the controls.

Approve requests

Anyone who opens your invite link lands under Pending Requests. Nothing happens until you act on them.

  1. Find the request in the Party panel.
  2. Click the tick to approve, or the cross to deny.

Approving adds the player to the roster and notifies them. See Inviting players to your campaign.

Remove a player

  1. Click the menu beside the player's name.
  2. Choose Kick.
  3. Confirm.

They move to Removed Players and stop counting toward quorum. Their history stays on the campaign.

Removed players

Denied and kicked players sit in this list so you can change your mind. Re-add puts them straight back on the roster. The cross removes them for good, though they can still rejoin through the invite link.

Reset availability

Use this when a player needs to change an answer they have already submitted. It clears their responses for the current round and asks them again.

The option appears in the player's menu only once they are marked ready.

Player order

Campaigns on the custom scheduling style show a drag handle beside each player. Drag to set the order Roll Call favours when it cannot fit everyone. The top three positions carry the most weight.

The handle does not appear on the fair or loyal styles, which work out priority themselves. See How Roll Call picks session times.

Player limits

Your plan sets how many players a campaign can hold. Approving past the limit is blocked with a message rather than failing quietly. See Plans and the free trial.

A campaign that goes over its limit is paused until you remove players or upgrade.

Leaving a campaign

Players leave with Leave Campaign at the bottom of the campaign page. A GM has no such button. To step away from a campaign you run, pause or end it instead.
